What we collect
For businesses: your name, business name, phone number and WhatsApp number. For bookings made through ZimFlow: the customer name, phone number, service, date and time.
Why we collect it
To create bookings, send WhatsApp confirmations, confirm EcoCash payments, and calculate our fee.
Payments
EcoCash payments are processed by Paynow. We do not store mobile money PINs or card details.
Who sees your data
A booking is visible to the business it was made with and to us. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is limited to the core.io team.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@core.io.
