The service

ZimFlow adds a WhatsApp lead button, deposit-backed bookings and a USD and ZWG catalog to your existing website.

Fees

There is no monthly fee. We take 3% of payments up to $20, 2% of payments from $20 to $100, and 1% of payments above $100. The fee applies only to payments that reach you.

Booking deposits

Deposits are between $5 and $15 and are paid by EcoCash through Paynow. Refund rules for deposits are set by the business taking the booking.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the services and products you sell, the prices you show, and honouring confirmed bookings.

Exchange rates

ZWG prices are based on a daily rate and are for convenience. The rate may change between viewing and paying.

Ending the service

You can stop using ZimFlow at any time by removing the line of code from your website. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
